Sisters Elena, Valeria and Claudia Gaidano make artisanal vermouth in Piedmont’s Asti region, using a recipe that dates back to the founding of their farm in 1840. Tenuta Tamburnin is situated in the province of Asti, about 20 km from Turin. The property practices sustainable agriculture and is now run by three sisters after their father�s retirement. Historically linked to the traditions of Turin, this handmade vermouth incorporates a selection of herbs and spices such as mint from Pancalieri, wormwood, gentian and clove.
