Now a self-taught winemaker in Paso Robles, Mac quietly produces some of the region’s most lauded wines. Dubbed an "undiscovered genius," he balances talent with humility—once even earning the title of arm-wrestling champ of Châteauneuf-du-Pape on a Hospice du Rhône trip.
