The Onward Sparkling Carignane Rosé is the result of a whole cluster press intentional rose program. The Carignane was picked when it had layers of flavors, supporting both ripe notes and lively acid.

The wine was fermented in stainless steal and held in a bright tank to maintain the sparkle and then both bottled and canned.

These vines are from Hawkeye Ranch in Mendocino Redwood Valley and they sustainable, organically and fish friendly certified. This vineyard is owned and farmed by the Johnsons, who are 5th generation growers and incredible stewards of the land and long time growing partners of Onward Wines.
